Those fried pickle chips I had last week were GREAT!!!! And I certainly enjoyed my patty melt & crispy potato chips. But I just can't get over those fried pickle chips! I bet you use panko bread crumbs that give them that wonderful crunch. Please e-mail me the recipe, and I promise not to give to anyone. By the way, I was in town visiting from Harrisonburg, VA. I eat here once or twice a week. Linda and the staff do a remarkable job. The food is excellent and the wait staff are second to none. I love the burgers and the salads; my children's favorite is the ham and chedder soup. Mmm Mmm!
